We believe in providing excellent customer service, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund minus shipping costs.

Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

- For webstore orders, the item(s) must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item(s) received was damaged or defective.
- We do not fully refund returns for items that are personalized or customized.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Note* Clean Seal Screen Protectors are NOT returnable.
