At Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center, infection prevention protocols has always been a top priority—especially when it comes to sanitizing high-touchpoint items and devices. The biggest challenge with disinfection wipes was the varying dwell times associated with all the different brands of wipes. The team needed a reliable way to reduce human error with mobile device disinfection especially during Covid and beyond. Additionally, the facility was dealing with keyboards on their WOW carts frequently breaking, leading to repeated replacement costs.
