AORN Conference 2025 Recap: Seal Silk Pro Keyboard Stealing the Show
The Seal Shield team had an exciting and energizing experience at the AORN Conference 2025 in Boston! From the moment the doors opened, our booth was a hub of curiosity and engagement. Attendees from across surgical and clinical spaces stopped by to explore our newest innovations, and the debut of our Seal Silk Proâ„¢ mechanical keyboard was met with praise.
The latest in our line of washable and waterproof keyboards is built with a fully sealed silicone design and responsive mechanical keys. Attendees loved the sleek look, the easy-to-clean surface against a wide array of medical disinfectants, and the smooth feel of every keystroke. The keyboard was the biggest talking point for those managing OR environments.

Our full lineup of washable keyboards and mice received plenty of attention as well, but it was clear that the Seal Silk Pro stole the show. The Seal Silk Pro will be fulfillable in June 2025, but if you want to test it out right now, please reach out to our team for an initial eval!
As always, visitors were also drawn to our CleanSlate UV and ElectroClave sanitization systems. Our rapid UV sanitizers were able to sanitize over 600+ mobile devices during the event, but most importantly, showcased the various workflow fit from Nurse’s stations to Handwashing areas.
CleanSlate UV impressed with its fast, no-touch design that sanitizes high-touch mobile devices and ability to inactive c.diff and MRSA in just 20 seconds. The ElectroClave, on the other hand, is designed for shared device sanitization with secure storage ideal for Nurses Stations.
We left the AORN Global Surgical Conference & Expo 2025 inspired by the healthcare professionals we met. We’re grateful for the opportunity to demonstrate how Seal Shield is pushing the boundaries of safety, hygiene, and usability in clinical settings!
